Motor Insurance Policy Cancelation is allowed if:

• Vehicle is sold and registered under a new owner
• Vehicle is engaged in an accident & declared as a Total Loss
• Vehicle is transferred out side UAE
• Vehicle is insured under a new Motor Insurance Policy & re registered accordingly

1	Motor Insurance Premium Refund:  Upon submitting the required documents & completing the Cancellation Endorsement , a premium refund is to be processed in favor of the policy holder within 21 working days subject to Nil Claim during policy duration & as per the Insurance Company schedule of cancellation section.
2	The refund will be based on prorate basis for the policy, if applicable.
3	Refund policy is based on the Insurance company procedure.
