The company has been ISO certified since 2005 and won the Dubai Quality Appreciation Award in 2006. Interactive is a highly respected broker in the UAE market, known for its ethical practices, regulatory compliance, and maintaining the highest level of cyber and information security.
We have three central technical departments: Employee Benefits, General & Marine, and Personal Lines.
The Employee Benefits team
specializes in individual medical insurance, SME medical plans, and large medical insurance schemes. Our team consists of experts in negotiations who excel in customer service, after-sales service, and securing the best deals. We offer complete policy administration, claims handling, and approvals.
The General & Marine team
assists clients in obtaining the best insurance coverage by identifying and addressing gaps and loopholes in insurance contracts to maximize protection. They have expertise in Property, Business Interruption, Liabilities, Construction, Engineering, Marine Insurance programs, and other general insurance products. Additionally, the team excels in negotiating large and complex claims, successfully achieving full payment.
The Personal Lines team
Is the most dynamic and attentive, addressing clients’ motor insurance inquiries by offering value for money and swift solutions for nearly every type of vehicle, including but not limited to electric. The team understands the urgency of claims, ensuring immediate claim registration, follow-up with workshops and insurance companies, and overseeing the completion of repair work.
These departments are supported by full functions in Quality Control, Accounting & Finance, IT, HR, Documentation Control & Logistics, and Legal & Compliance.
Our entire technical team is qualified and accredited in the fields of Insurance, Medicine, Engineering, Quality Control, Business, and Finance. Interactive offers a 360° insurance solution for corporate (large and SME) and individual insurance needs.
The company has a focused strategy for digital transformation and is currently investing in modern technology, with recent initiatives in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI.
