Managing Director:

Mr. Iskandar Deeb carries over 14 years of experience in the Insurance field, out of which, 11 years in managerial positions. He holds a Bachelor in Science from UAE University, and a Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) from Life Office Management Institute (LOMA), USA, Associate, Insurance Agency Administration (AIAA) - USA and Associate, Customer Service (ACS) - USA. He is also a Management Member at the Institute of Professional Sales (MMIPS) – UK.

Technical Manager:

With over 27 years of professional experience coupled with Associate, Insurance Institute of India (AIII) qualification and preparing for Fellow, Insurance Institute of India (FIII), Mr. Panicker Manmadhan is the right person to assist our clients in obtaining the best possible cover and value for money. At the same time, work hand-in-hand with the Insurance companies to make sure that what was promised to our client is delivered.

Internal System/Quality Controller:

Mrs. Dana Shuhaibar is in charge of setting up, implementing and controlling internal work systems and procedures in compliance and conformance with ISO standards. In addition, she is currently in the process of the implementing Dubai Quality Awards Modules hoping to be to compete for the award in Feb 2006.  She holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration in Accounting – Major in Auditing (Honors). She is a quality added value to our organization.

Business Development Manager

Mrs. Dolly Matraje; ever active and dynamic with many years of Insurance experience behind her. Her day-to-day activity is mainly focused on developing and serving Corporate Business. We see her as one of the best personnel to handle this important area of our business. She carries a Bachelor Degree in Law and is currently preparing to obtain the "Professional Insurance Certificate - (PIC)".

Customer Care Manager

With great passion towards Customers, empathize with them in the bad times and celebrating in the good times. Taking care of little details, and making sure all our clients are happy and well served. Carrying with her the cream of eight year in Customer Service, Mrs. Viji Shaji is our clients’ favorite.

Group of qualified, dynamic, and dedicated team members assist in administration, accounting, customer service, mail, claims, documentation and Sales.  They are Empowered, given maximum support and authority to provide special and warm customer care.
