Internet Services Our corporate clients enjoy this unique service. Our web site “www.iibcare.com” has been designed to cope with the changes in the customer’s demand in the new millennium. On this site, a special page will be designed for each of our corporate clients, accessible through a Password and user name. A lot of important and relevant information will be displayed, e.g. details on the Employees’ Benefits Plans (Group Medical, Life and Personal Accident): benefits, limitations, network of medical providers, claim forms, enrolment forms, approval forms…etc.
We are in the process of upgrading our e-service. The new service will provide our client on-line information on their entire Insurance portfolio such as; 1. List of policies 2. Copies of the Schedule of Benefits of all policies 3. Statement of account and outstanding statement. 4. Claims forms
