. RELOCATION PLUS   This is cover for transit risks of  personal effects belonging to an individual  or a family while relocating including relocating to another country,  introduced by M/s. AXA which has an edge over Standard  Transit covers. The cover  itself  is divided into two kinds:- (1)   Full Conditions or All Risks Cover (2)   Restricted Conditions   (1) Full Conditions – Professionally packed effects Comprehensive protection is provided for loss or damage, fire and theft for the insured effects:- While being packed including 30 days storage at packer’s premises The sea/air and/or land voyage Up to 60 days after arrival or until prior delivery and unpacking at destination Few extensions can be added to this cover at additional premium to be agreed:- -          Mechanical, electrical or electronic derangement -          Mould and mildew  (due to climatic conditions) coverage  -          Pair and set extension – reasonable and fair reduction in value will be considered due to the loss/damage of one part that formed the pair or set   (2) Restricted Conditions – Owner packed effects   Major casualties to the carrying air, sea or land conveyance, total loss during loading unloading plus fire, explosion, lightning natural catastrophes and sea or water perils are covered.   (3) Motor vehicles also can be covered under above lines either Full Conditions (All Risks Cover) or  Restricted Conditions.
